How we work
RealHotels.com works with multiple vendors of hotel inventory (see the "Who we work with" list
to the right) to make booking a room convenient. We present hotel information
licensed from the MetroManager hotel database to ensure that you have
a complete set of hotel information, not just a list of hotels that
we book online.
Customer Service
If you have a problem with your online hotel reservation, we're here to
assist you! Most problems can be resolved directly with one of the
hotel vendors we work with. Each vendor identifies themselves on their
confirmation e-mail, where you can find both e-mail and phone number contact information.
